Description

The fund primarily invests in equity securities of large-capitalization companies, dedicating a minimum of 80% of its net assets to these investments. Management defines "large-capitalization" companies as those possessing market capitalizations comparable to the range of the S&P 500 Index when the shares are acquired. Additionally, up to 10% of the fund's total assets may be allocated to stocks of foreign companies, including instruments like American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
