This fund primarily allocates its capital to equity securities issued by mid-capitalization companies. Specifically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets are typically dedicated to such investments. The fund manager defines these mid-capitalization companies as those with market capitalizations falling within the range of the Russell Midcap® Index at the time the shares are acquired.
