The Macquarie Mid Cap Growth Fund Y aims to achieve its investment objective by primarily allocating capital to common stocks of mid-sized companies. The portfolio management team identifies companies they believe possess either robust fundamentals or significant potential for expansion beyond the market average. Ordinarily, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets to securities issued by mid-capitalization firms. For the purpose of this fund, mid-cap companies are typically defined as those with market capitalizations comparable to the constituents of the Russell Midcap® Growth Index, based on their market value over the 13 months preceding the acquisition of their shares.
