This diversified fund directs all its available capital into the Global Portfolio, an offering within the Kinetics Portfolios Trust. A primary focus of the Global Portfolio is to commit a minimum of 65% of its net assets, plus any borrowed funds for investment, to a range of equity-linked securities. These include common shares, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), convertible securities, warrants, and other instruments that possess the attributes of common stocks.
