This ETF endeavors to mirror the returns of the J.P. Morgan Emerging Markets Bond Index Global Diversified 1Bn Country. The index primarily comprises US dollar-denominated, fixed and floating-rate debt securities issued by national governments and state-affiliated entities in developing economies. For a country to qualify for inclusion, it must have consistently met one of two specific criteria over three successive years: either its Gross National Income (GNI) per capita is beneath a defined index income threshold, or its national cost of living, measured by the Index Purchasing-Power-Parity Ratio, falls below a particular benchmark. A 10% maximum country weight is imposed at each rebalance. Additionally, eligible countries must have a total of at least USD 1 billion in outstanding debt.
