Description

The Markit iBoxx EUR Sovereigns Eurozone Yield Plus Index seeks to replicate the investment performance of a specific bond market. This market is composed of Euro-denominated government debt issued by the five Eurozone nations exhibiting the highest 5-year government bond yields. It includes securities spanning the full yield curve, provided they have at least one year until maturity. Only bonds rated as investment grade are eligible, and each individual bond must have a minimum outstanding amount of EUR 2 billion.
