The fund invests across the credit spectrum, including both highly-rated and speculative-grade fixed income securities. Investment decisions are made through thorough fundamental credit analysis, complemented by quantitative methods and other research. ZMSB has the flexibility to allocate up to 30% of its assets to underlying funds managed by the issuer or its affiliates. Additionally, it may utilize derivatives like options, futures, forward contracts, and interest rate or credit default swaps for both risk management and investment purposes. To enhance income and manage market fluctuations, the fund can also engage in securities lending, repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements, and short selling.
