Description

The AB Discovery Value Fund primarily allocates its capital to a diversified collection of stocks issued by small and medium-sized American companies. Typically, a substantial portion—at least 80% of its total net assets—is consistently dedicated to holdings in these small- to mid-market capitalization enterprises. To qualify for this investment category, a company's market valuation, at the moment of initial purchase, must fall within a specific spectrum. This range extends from the market capitalization of the smallest firm in the Russell 2500® Value Index up to the higher value of either $5 billion or the market capitalization of the largest company also included in that Russell 2500® Value Index.
