Description

The Columbia Global Technology Growth Fund primarily directs its investments by allocating a minimum of 80% of its net assets (inclusive of any borrowed funds for investment purposes) to equity securities. These ownership stakes, which encompass common shares, preferred shares, and instruments exchangeable for equity, target technology companies poised to capitalize on technological innovations, advancements, or emerging developments. Furthermore, at the point of acquisition, no less than a quarter of the fund's total net asset value is committed to securities issued by entities whose core business activities lie within the technology sector and its associated industries.
