The Allspring Precious Metals Fund Class A primarily aims to achieve substantial long-term capital growth. To accomplish this, it typically commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets to investments directly or indirectly related to precious metals. The fund is authorized to invest an unlimited portion of its total assets in the equity securities of companies based outside the U.S., including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Additionally, up to 40% of its total assets may be allocated to equity securities in emerging markets. A maximum of 25% of its total assets, at the time of purchase, can be dedicated to debt instruments linked to precious metals, or to common and preferred shares of its subsidiary entities that invest in precious metals and minerals. This fund operates as a non-diversified investment vehicle.
